From the Bywell junction on the A1 turn North(left) and travel North for approx. 4 miles to the second of the Swarland turn off's, marked Swarland/Guyzance.Turn left and follow the left-hand bend, the entrance to Birchwood-House is just passed the bend in close proximity to the A1.
